Terengganu Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd. (TCOMM) is the One Stop Agency (OSA) for the state of Terengganu, appointed by the Mentri Besar of Terengganu to monitor and coordinate the development of telecommunications infrastructure in Terengganu, in line with the regulations of the State Local Authorities (PBT). Part of our role is also to advise and provide strategic input to the Terengganu State Government on infrastructure and digitalisation development.
As a state Government-Linked Company (GLC), our core business is to ensure that every telecommunications infrastructure permit registration and renewal application is coordinated through TCOMM before being submitted to the PBT for consideration and approval. We serve all Network Service Providers (NSPs) and Network Facilities Providers (NFPs) throughout the state of Terengganu.
